Who may attend?
- Students age 10 and up who are interested in bringing their Taekwon-do training to a higher level.
- Adults and children of all ranks, from White Belt through Black Belt, who love to spend time with other people who love Taekwon-do

$195 per camper for lodging, meals and all training sessions!
$120 for non-participating parents/chaperones for meals and room

5:00pm Arrival and Check-in
6:00pm Dinner and introduction
7:30-9:30pm Taekwon-do class for all: Full class - basics, patterns, free fighting drills/techniques & self defense.
Saturday, August 3
7:00am 15 minute running
8:00am Breakfast
9:15am -11:30 Taekwon-do class for all: Methods of different approaches for basic kicks/punches/blocks its applications for self defense
12:00 Lunch
2:00-5:00pm Seminar: Patterns, judging and referring / patterns, free fighting & breaking
6:00 Dinner
7:15-9:15pm Very fun & tough traditional Taekwon-do class
10:00pm Grownups mix & mingle

• At least 3 uniforms with your belt
• Sparring gear, including chest guard
• Taekwon-do shoes (highly recommended) and sneakers
• Summer clothes, sweatshirt, rain jacket
• Sleeping bag or blanket/bedding with a pillow
• Towel, toiletries, sunscreen
• Sporting equipment (optional)
• An excitement to learn new and interesting techniques, and an eagerness to improve your Taekwon-do!
