Friday, August 7
4:00-6:00pm       Arrival and Check-in
6:00pm                Welcome, Opening remarks and Dinner
7:30-10:00pm     Training Session

Saturday, August 8
8:00am                Breakfast
9:30am -12:00    Training Session
12:00                    Lunch
1:30-4:00pm       Training Session
6:00pm                Dinner
7:00-9:00pm       Training Session

Sunday, August 9
8:00am                Breakfast
9:30-11:00am     Training Session

Packing List

Summer camp attendees should bring the following items:
  • At least 3 uniforms with your belt
  • Sparring gear, including chest guard
  • Taekwon-do shoes (highly recommended) and sneakers
  • Summer clothes, sweatshirt, rain jacket
  • Sleeping bag or blanket/bedding with a pillow
  • A flashlight
  • Towel, toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray
  • Prescription medications
  • Swimsuit and sporting equipment (optional)
